Trailer Rental Requirements:

• Completed Trailer Rental Agreement
• Signed Damages Form
• A Valid Drivers License
• Valid Towing Vehicle Insurance
• Renter must have insurance under their name as well as the pulling vehicle
• Valid Credit Card

Trailer Rental Period: Each day the trailer is in your possession is considered a rental day. S&M Trailer Rentals offers Daily, Weekend, Weekly and Monthly Rental Rates.

Towing Vehicle Requirements: The towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the ability to tow.

Customer Liability: The customer is responsible for all damages to the rented trailer. The credit card provided at execution of the trailer rental agreement will be charged for all damages when returned if not paid by the renter.
